#304 Botanical Wellness Bath
Chamomile, hops and lavender highlight the relaxation portion of this bath time ritual. The remaining herbs focus on supporting and easing muscle fatigue.
1) Fill supplied cloth bag with 1/3 c. of herb/salts.
2) Place bag into the bath as you run the water (the warmer the better).
3) Rest there for 1/2 hr. to gain maximum benefits.
Recommended treatment:
1x/week or when irritation arrises.

Ingredients: magnesium sulphate (epsom salts), chamomile recuitita (matricaria) flower, symphytum officinale leaf & root extract, calendula officinalis flower, rose petals, humulus lupulus (hops) extract, avena sativa (oat) kernel extract, lavendula augustifolia (lavender) flower oil.
