This is a Cheshire Cat Pendulum Board. These are made to order, you can choose between approximately 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 in diameter and 1/8" thick. These are UV printed on 1/8" fiber board.This can be used with a pendulum (pendulum not included) for divination purposes.
